OFFICIAL WARNING TO ALL APPLICANTS
Providing false information or requesting documents without proper authorization is a serious crime.
1. Fraudulent Applications are Punishable by Law
Using PSAHelpline.ph to apply for documents with fake details, or without the legal right to do so, is considered an intentional act of fraud. This is a severe violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). Offenders will face criminal prosecution.
2. Unauthorized Claiming is a Criminal Offense
It is illegal to present an ID to our couriers to claim a document without the owner’s knowledge and consent. Doing so will result in legal action against you.
Take this warning seriously.
Do not proceed with this application unless you are fully compliant with the law. The legal consequences for these violations are severe.
You can assign someone else in your registered delivery address to receive the PSA document on your behalf in case you are unavailable. To do this, simply select the option that says, "I will assign someone and accomplish the online LOA" before completing your application.
Once your payment goes through, you can start accomplishing your online Letter of Authorization (LOA). You will just need to upload a clear photo of your valid ID and take a quick live selfie. After the system verifies your identity, simply enter your chosen representative's full name and date of birth—just make sure they are of legal age and will be at your registered delivery address when the order arrives. As soon as you submit the form, you will get a confirmation letting you know everything is successfully set up!
Is the document that you are requesting recently registered in the past three months at the Local Civil Registry Office? If yes, we wish to inform you that the document may not yet be in the database of PSA. Click here for more information.
I accept the Terms and Conditions of the User Agreement
