A unified platform to request your PSA civil registry documents and have them securely apostilled by the DFA-OCA in electronic or physical format.
Ensure the receiving party will accept an e-Apostille and a PSA e-Certificate before submitting your request.
If the destination country is a member of the Apostille Convention, you will receive a digital e-Apostille. For non-member countries, your PSA Certificate will be printed on SECPA and delivered along with a physical Certificate of Authentication.
You will make a single payment through Landbank LinkBiz which covers both the PSA certificate processing and the apostille.
If you are aware that your PSA document has unreadable entries, you may upload the Local Civil Registrar (LCR Copy) of your Birth Certificate (Form 1A)/ Marriage Certificate (Form 3A) to avoid possible delays on your application.
You will receive notifications when the e-Cert is forwarded, and your e-Apostille will be sent to the exact email address used during application.
Shown below is the availability of the certificate based on your relationship with the certificate owner.
